‘Candle Magic; Aurora; Fantastical Teapots’
A series of playful installations made of stretched fabric for day time and night time events. The shapes can transform from bold, sculptural forms to a more ethereal, dreamlike appearance depending on the illumination. Because of the lightness of the tensile structure, when they catch the wind they become alive with a dance-like wobble.
Fantastical Teapots
A vibrant outdoor installation that transforms familiar forms into surreal and playful artworks. Inspired by Arabic patterns and design, the Teapot and Coffee Pot stand out against natural backgrounds, turning the space into an open-air theatre where the audience can engage both visually and imaginatively.
Originally commissioned by Manchester International Arts for the Garden of Delights events at Platt Fields, Manchester, they have since been exhibited at numerous venues, including Shoreditch Festival, Horniman Museum and Fun Palaces
